Accessing local support

There is lots of local support available to help you get set for surgery.

You may also wish to talk to your GP or healthcare professional about support to make any lifestyle changes.

Any lifestyle changes that you make will not only benefit you in the run up to your treatment or operation but, if you continue, will also have long-term benefits to your health and quality of life.
